Rather complicated and interesting project related to collection and analytics of big data. You will be a part of Agile team and will be working closely with product management team, take part in making product architecture decision. FinTech (SWISS). Duties:

  • Do PoC based on data and properly define this as requirements;
  • Analyze business needs and deliver the next materials: Functional requirements, Business Requirements, Use Cases, Visual materials;
  • Collaborate with developers to establish the technical vision;
  • Analyze product features and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Excellent Java (Core, OOP, Spring),
  • Hands on experience wtih JavaScript and AngularJS,
  • Experience with unit tests frameworks for both Java and JS,
  • Deep understanding of common architectural concepts, patterns and approaches,
  • Stong algorithmic, analytical and problem-solving skills,
  • Passion for agile development methodologies (Scrum, Scrumban, Lean) and engineering practices (continuous integration, continous delivery, test-driven development),
  • Fluent English and good communication skills, ability to express complex things in an easy to pick up manner,
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and departments, have good sense on when to escalate and seek additional help.
  • Technology stack: Java 8, Tomcat, Spring, Couchbase, mySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Protocol Buffers, Grafana, Kibana, ElasticSearch, JavaScript, AngularJS.
